SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

The material will be send with courier, we will chose the more advantageous for the Client.
In phase of our confirmation could be asked you adjustment of the price of the contribution of transport (in rare cases or deliveries in the disadvantaged zones).

The shipping and packaging contribution are charging to the customer and are explicitly highlighting when the order is confirming. The goods travel at the risk and danger of the customer, our liability ceases when the delivery of the goods to the courier, so the customer must present any claims. The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen when ordering.
Shipments will be make from Monday to Friday.

The days of delivery for ITALY are approximately as follows:
- 24/48 H express courier
- 3 to 5 days standard courier

The delivery times of the ordered goods are purely indicative and may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by the Authority. The standard delivery, unless otherwise agreed, will take place every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
No responsibility can be attributing to the PLANET SOFT di Zanatta Valentina in case of delay in the order or delivery of the ordered goods.
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
That the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered;

Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notifying to the courier who makes the delivery, affixing the words "withdrawal with reserve" and signing the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, within 3 days by fax or registered letter with return receipt to the courier, whose address is explaining on the accompanying document.
Any complaints reflecting the quality or quantity of the goods supplied must be sending by registered letter within 3 days from receipt of the goods. After this deadline will be considering as non-fact.
It is also requesting the opening of a practice of anomaly at the PLANET SOFT di Zanatta Valentina. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checking within seven days of receipt. Any damage or hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by e-mail or registered letter with return receipt to the courier whose address is explained on the accompanying document and it is also required to open an anomaly practice at the PLANET SOFT di Zanatta Valentina.

DELIVERY BY EXPRESS COURIER (only Italy)

The courier makes the first delivery without notice. In case of absence of the Customer, the courier leaves a notice and tries the delivery within the following 24 hours; in case of further absence, the Customer is contacting by the courier for the third payment attempt. The goods will remain in storage at the warehouse and will subsequently be returning to the PLANET SOFT di Zanatta Valentina, with consequent cancellation of the order. The amount charged will not be crediting anyway deducting the damage sustained by us. Any refunds must be forwarding to the headquarters in Via Circonvallazione Ovest, 40 - 31033 Castelfranco Veneto (TV).
The goods are shipping by couriers who have their own regulations, visible on their site, which is accepting by the customer.

All shipments are traceable on the courier's website through tracking that will be sending to you at the time of shipping.
