Data provision is mandatory.

Recipients of Personal Data – Authorized/Designated for Processing

The data may be shared with:

the hosting provider and, in cases of abuse, with law enforcement authorities.

with the website developer (appointed as Data Processor);

authorized personnel who operate on behalf of the Data Controller, subject to confidentiality obligations;
